1. Account Security and Network Connections

When accessing a purchased account, buyers should use a secure, trusted internet connection and follow the security recommendations of the relevant social media platform.

Keep the following in mind:

• Avoid public Wi-Fi networks that may expose your login information.
• Do not share your account credentials with unauthorized persons.
• Avoid repeatedly switching locations or network connections if doing so triggers security checks on the platform.
• Never use unauthorized tools or services to bypass account verification, security restrictions, or platform enforcement.
• Follow the platform’s rules concerning account transfers, multiple accounts, and permitted access methods.

Using a VPN, proxy, or a particular IP address does not guarantee that an account will remain accessible or avoid restrictions.

2. Account Access and Device Security

For your security, use a trusted device and keep its operating system and browser up to date.

We recommend that buyers:

• Protect their devices with a secure screen lock.
• Use unique, strong passwords where permitted.
• Enable available security features supported by the relevant platform.
• Keep recovery information secure and accessible.
• Never share login credentials, verification codes, or recovery codes with unknown persons.

Using multiple devices or browsers does not guarantee that an account will avoid security checks or restrictions. Buyers should follow the relevant platform’s policies when managing multiple accounts.

3. Responsible Account Activity

Newly accessed accounts may be subject to security reviews or activity restrictions imposed by the relevant platform.

To reduce avoidable account security problems:

• Review the platform’s community guidelines before using the account.
• Avoid spam, harassment, fraudulent activity, and unauthorized automation.
• Do not purchase or use accounts to impersonate others or mislead users.
• Do not use an account to distribute malicious links, steal personal information, or conduct unlawful activities.
• Respect platform limits and restrictions on messaging, posting, following, and other activities.

No particular pattern of activity guarantees that an account will remain active. The relevant platform determines whether an account complies with its rules.

5-Hour Guarantee

4. The YM Socials 5-Hour Account Guarantee

Buyers must test their purchased accounts within five (5) hours of purchase.

If an account has a login problem covered by the applicable guarantee, the buyer must report the issue to YM Socials support within that five-hour period and provide reasonable evidence for verification.

• Verified eligible login issues reported within the guarantee period may qualify for a replacement under the marketplace’s procedures.
• Buyers are responsible for testing their accounts promptly after purchase.
• If the buyer fails to test the account or report an eligible issue within five hours, the guarantee expires.
• After the guarantee expires, payment may be released to the vendor under YM Socials’ payment procedures, and later claims may not qualify for replacement or refund, subject to applicable law and the published marketplace policies.

5. Third-Party Services and Tools

YM Socials is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, or performance of third-party software, proxy providers, VPN services, device-management tools, or social media platforms.

Buyers should independently review any third-party service they choose to use and ensure that its use complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

YM Socials does not guarantee that using any third-party tool will prevent account suspensions, security checks, verification requests, or other restrictions.

6. Important Notice

Social media accounts are subject to the rules and security systems of their respective platforms. Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or disabled by those platforms, including following changes in ownership or access.

Before purchasing, buyers should carefully review the product description, account specifications, applicable platform rules, and YM Socials’ marketplace policies.
